I then have a quick overview of my emails and sales to see what I’m up against and try to plan my day accordingly. A variety of tasks I perform are: I process orders, add items to our website, answer calls, check on parts, making sure parts are shipped, and following up on orders to make sure the customer is happy. This is an ongoing process and does not end until my head hits the pillow around 3 a.m. We are constantly researching and updating our site. I check my emails as often as I can whenever I can.

We've got a team of specialist inside Rushkits that help me make sure that you are getting what you want, as fast as it can possibly get there.  My parts guy checks on stock and pricing, my shipping makes sure orders are packaged carefully, my accountant makes sure we aren't going out of business and my web guy makes sure that our website and ebay listings looks as cool as it could be.  We are a small group of car enthusiast that love what we do.

Some of you may think that’s a little overboard, but that’s how much effort we put into rushkits to make sure our customers are satisfied.
