I purchased what I thought was a wholesale list of items to purchase such as GPS,Cameras and the like.I did a buy it now and received and e-mail from the seller which was a link to a website who knows where.I believe it to be Kazakstan now as that is where the seller resides.

The lists was in another language and was ,to me,absolutely worthless.

I recalled reading some of the stipulations on buying at the Paypal site and decided to pull the plug on payment to this individual immediately and make sure that no other charges had been made to the account.

I then contacted the seller and was advised that he delivered what I bought and what he was selling only problem is that the seller neglected to inform me that the list was in a different language.

I am a beginner EBAY user and later found that feedback can either make or break a seller,although their are irrational people everywhere and you cannot make everyone happy. I thought a score of 90% or above meant this seller was honest.I am finding that you need a seller that has High feedback score based on EBAYS rating system! The higher the better more like 98-100%.

The seller in Retribution for my negative feedback on his product and website gave me the same. This barred me from making a purchase from any Power Seller. I never did get my GPS unit thanks to this individual.

This individual also requested my personal e-mail which I gave and again this is a no.no now I cannot get rid of this seller.They want me to retract my negative feedback and THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN.

Quite a few NEW sellers of these Wholesale Electronic Lists opened on EBAYS site around the middle of August.This is the time I reported the seller I had problems with to EBAY.

The original site I attempted to buy from is no longer up and operating. How ironic white collar crime has no boundries.
