If you are a beginner in metal detecting, I would suggest the ace 250 Garrett metal detector. The ace 150 does not have pinpointing, or otherwise I would suggest it, the ace 250 has pinpointing, which is a great feature. I have found about 2 dollars in change since I bought mine about a week ago, in my own yard. I'm by no way an expert but this little machine does the same as most expensive machines. I give this detector 4 stars as it does not always give you what it says it is. I found some tin and it said it was a quarter. But I have also found a quarter that said it was a quarter.
