Sellers that are new on ebay please put restrictions on your ebay items for sale people who have 0 or negative feedback buy your items then youlook like a fool when you have to relist the item and go through all that process.

just watch whos bidding and if they seem not to be up to par block them.

You must always ship your item with regestered or certified mail because you will run across that 2% of people on here trying to get an item and then make a claim saying they never ecieved it well if you have proof you sent it and sent it to the address paypal gives you than your safe but do not no matter what you are told by the buyer send items to other address or unregestered your asking for trouble
