I have been collecting dolls for a few years now, and in that time-frame have found it is still a learning process. Whether you collect vintage composition or bisque, hard plastic older and new, I have found the best help is asking questions about a particular doll you may be interested in. It has been very helpful to be able to ask a seller something they may have not written. Most all of whom I ask questions are very genuine and respond as soon as they are able to, but don't wait till last minute to ask that is unfair to the seller and they may not be able to get back to you before the auction ends.. The opportunity is always available to ask, don't ever assume, as you may be disappointed when the item arrives, and by then it is too late to ask.
