What you should know before purchasing a Strobe Kit on Ebay…

There are many people who sell strobe kits on Ebay. Before purchasing one, there are a few questions you should ask yourself prior to buying from just anybody on the Internet. You're spending a good amount of money on these strobe kits, you might as well get one that lasts.

The first thing you should find out about the kit you’re purchasing is how bright the kit is. If the kit is not visible in sunlight then it's not worth buying. The brightness of a kit is measured in watts. The higher the wattage, the brighter it is. I would like to make it clear to all our customers that THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A 96 WATT STROBE KIT. It doesn't exist, and if a seller tells you it does, he's lying.

A side note.... a 96 Watt strobe kit system (if existed) would be very bright and visible during the day. So you should ask yourself, why is the seller showing video of this kit on his kitchen table with very dim lighting? (Something must not be so great.) Our kits are 90 watt kits and are visible in the day.

You should also ask the seller if the cables they are providing are shielded. What exactly is the difference between a shielded strobe cable and one that isn't? The answer is very simple. Cables which aren't shielded are poorly made and lack quality. They also cause radio interference and cause static as well. A shielded cable has two covers, not one. Our strobe cables are of course shielded.

Last but not least, another important thing you should factor in before buying a strobe kit is the amount of flash patterns it comes with. One flash pattern is simply not enough to get the job done and isn't worth using. I don't know about you, but we feel that the more flash patterns there are, the better the kit is. We like a variety to choose from. Our kits have 12 flash patterns

Our kits also come with 6 bulbs and 6 cables. Last we checked, other sellers are just offering 4.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us any time. Good luck and happy bidding.
