NEW Version

Perfect condition, never used. Item will be delivered in the original, unopened package.
For example, just as this following BlueAnt X3 picture shows.

Brand New in Sealed Box = NEW Version

OEM Version

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), White Box and Brown Box versions include the product and sometimes the drivers, but not much else. They are packaged generically and do not include software. OEM products are best-suited for system builders who don't require documentation or bundled accessories.

OEM BlueAnt Sample just as above shows.

OEM Version sometimes may not include all accessories. Accessories may be taken away and missing, and OEM products MUST NOT COME WITH ORIGINAL PACKING.

Hopefully these information may help you identify the different between NEW / NIB and OEM.
