What is Yantra ?

literature says that Yantras are powerful instruments to achieve higher spiritual goal and material wealths.
Yantra are instruments or vehicles,  helps you to reach at certain destination and Yantra  has mathematical numbers and Vedic hidden code & Signs - works on shape and form energy,  also on yantra god and goddess are symbolized for each purpose.
