Ivory is a hard, white, opaque substance that is the bulk of the teeth and tusks of animals such as the elephant, hippopotamus, walrus, mammoth and narwhal. We DO NOT sell ivory beads.  Most Ivory comes from endangered animals and we cannot support the killing of endangered species.
We sell bone beads.

We carefully select all of our beads and pearls from reputable dealers who can honestly describe the material and harvesting of the material.  All of our shell beads are from farmed mollusks.  All of our coral beads are from farmed coral.  All of our diamonds are conflict-free diamonds.
