I purchased a Motorola Razr from ebay, used I might add.
I have had my phone for some time and mind you, I am a gadget person so to speak. I have dropped my phone quite a few times and it has fallen from the shelf in my closet also... and to date, it is still functioning quite well.
I dont really pay attention to the features such as the camera, or the video downloads or music on my phone so I can really comment on that. I can however say that the calls do come in really clear.
I have also used the bluetooth feature for the hands free and that too is a really nice feature. A word of advice though... when you are buying an ear piece, dont buy a cheap one because that is exactly what it sounds like... cheap. I spent somewhere around $70 bucks for mine and I am quite satisfied with it.
The talking feature is handy also, when you are not able to focus on the sceen, you can flip thru your phone book and it will call off the names for you.
My service is with verizon and the navigator service is right up to speed too... it anounces the turns in a clear audible tone .. .be it female or male, your choice. Viewable maps are easy to read.
The keys on the phone are easy accessible and I do not have small hands, I am well over 6 foot tall.
I guess its all in what you expect from your phone... some gadgets appeal and some dont. I dont feel the need to take "keeper" photos with my phone... I dont want to watch videos with it ... although the screen is fairly decent size for the phone. All in what you want.. I like the phone and features. The mini usb connection is sturdy and doesnt break with daily use like some of the pin connectors I have used.
Hope this helps some one make a choice... it works for me as I have ordered my second one... nothing wrong with my first one...I want the new memory capablities... my wife will take over my first one... she likes it too.
