This guide will provide you with a quick way to tell if the Louis Vuitton items you are bidding on are fake.  All of the photos in this guide show fake items.

Fake items are poorly made, usually in illegal sweatshops, and tend to fall apart quickly.

• Yellow cards or green envelopes mean the item is fake.

• Dust bags with rounded off edges on the front indicate fakes.

• Items with white paper wrapping are fake.

• Dustbags with LV and Louis Vuitton written on them indicate a fake.

• Items with a round plastic tag and a square paper tag are fake.

• Boxes with barcodes only come with fake items.

• Interior patches with LV  on them only appear on fake items.

• Items with exterior patches are fake 99% of the time.
