I've been SCAMMED by this seller "tapetape2007" from Thailand with these COMPLETELY FAKE MAC eyeshadows!

Although I did pay this seller from Paypal(This was the only reason I made this purchase from this seller, the buyer protection program) , I seems not in a good chance of getting my money back.

I filed a complaint with Paypal a month ago, then Paypal asked me to obtain them a document that " from an unbiased, third-party, such as a dealer, appraiser, or another individual or organization that is qualified in the area of the item in question (other than yourself), which clearly identifies the item as not authentic. If possible, the document should include a serial number and description of the item, and must be on letterhead that includes the name, address, and phone number of the individual, business, or organization so that PayPal may contact them if necessary." So they could continue with the investigation of my claim.

And HERE is the problem with fakes. Clearly, this seller knows that NOBODY is going to provide authentication for me, Paypal will not rule in favor of the buyer without authentication!

I took them into a MAC local store. MAC did verify all these products are fake! However, they can't help me out because MAC is NOT allowed to do this!

And I also have been told by another member, The burden of proof for a 'snad" dispute it on the BUYER. BUT I  most likely are not going to get the authentication I require.  He really doubt that this will have a happy ending!

If I lose on the claim at the end, hope this would be a good example for all ebay buyers: There's really Nobody will help you once you get scammed! Neither eBay nor Paypal.

I have received many "MAC" eye shadows from this seller, in 22 different colors.
When I look at the sticker on the bottom of these eye shadows, they all have the exact same name on these 22 different colors.

IT SAYS:
PRISMIQUE
LUSTRE
01 -------(from 01~22)
EYE SHADOW
NET WT./POIDS NET
1.5g/0.05US OZ e

MAC eyeshadows have a number like A75, NOT 01 02,22.

The font size used for the letters is different! The font color TOO!

MAC eyeshadows DO NOT come with a sponge tip applicator and a mirror. MAC Eyeshadows only has one side flip top, do not separate into two compartments.

This is the FAKEST "MAC" I've even seen!

The left-side one is Too high to be a MAC eyeshadow! And the color of the compact is slightly different from the real ones.

MAC HAS NEVER HAVE THSES KIND OF PALETTES!!!!!

"eye shadow & blushes"

"MADE IN FRANCE"

MAC Cosmetics products all have NAMES! "03" is NOT A NAME!

Here comes again: "MADE IN FRANCE"?!

They are NOT from M.A.C cosmetics!

If anybody found this is helpful, I'll keep this post update so everybody will see how paypal & eBay are going to deal with it. I don't want to see they are on the scammers side!
