There are many ebay (and non-bay) seller advertising what are supposed to be vintage Weiss items, particularly pins and brooches.  I suggest doing a search on just Weiss brooches and pins.  Note the similar designs, which are often alike and in very bright colors.  See who the dealers are and then check the dealer's items and see how many similar Weiss items they are selling.  I find that many of the Weiss fakes or knockoffs have the Weiss logo on a little oval on the item, rather than the Weiss stamp (of course, some real Weiss items have the ovals, too).  Please be careful; I have bought several of these!  Many are flower or starbust shapes.  Also beware of things that look to new and bright and don't seem to have any wear.  Most vintage stuff will have an older look, and often wear on the back of the metal.
