I bought a DVR handheld recorder from this company and they only take returns by email (which will never get answered). On top of that they want you to pay them $49.95 for the cost of receiving a RMA return merchandise request. I paid $199.99 for a piece of garbage that keeps on locking up everytime you change screens and the owners manual is in chinese.
