I have found unscrupulous sellers charge high shipping and very low prices on a product so if you want to return it, they only have to refund the price of the item, not the shipping cost.   that way they dont really have to refund much of your money and they get to keep the shipping charges!  BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!  Always check the shipping costs BEFORE bidding on am item.  Remember if something sounds too good to be true, it is!  No one will sell something at an incredibly low price and not make any profit.  Use your head,  read EVERYTHING the seller writes BEFORE you bid.  Never make an impulse bid because an auction is ending soon!  Most sellers on Ebay are wonderful and would not dream of cheating anyone, but there are a few who try to trick you.   Be careful, read everything,  and Happy Bidding!
