Reading a lot about the "scams with Chinese guitars" I wonder if this is also part of it. Here you see how these guitars that get good reviews are produced in China. This same company also produces brand name guitars that are not supposed to be made in China so what is fake and what is real ?



Here you see the production and some parts that  "did not make it ".  The workers in this factory worked 7 days a week long working days to finish the order in time and I was able to make pictures. So USA companies produce in China also legal guitars and I think that from what is sold in musicstores you will see that special in the cheaper guitars you will find that 75 % is made in China so I not understand all the scam stories where The reality is that simply many manyfacturers use the cheap Chinese workers to make a better profit.

If you Google "Gibson Qingdao" you also get some interesting and not secret info about Epiphone guitars and where they come from. And what about a USA brand who asked me to locate producers of illegal copies to try to sue them and who after I gave them the info I had told me they could not use the information because some of the companies that I traced made in the same factory the real brand as well as the fake ones ... !

I cannot tell names but personally I know enough USA companies who sell their products that are made in China as their own brand and avoid every link to China as well as Fender Licensed products made in Eastern Europe. Before telling that all Chinese are scammers please think about all USA ( and European ) companies ( not only in guitars ) that you already have in your home !
