Basically worthless. Worse than getting approval from an HMO. Non responsive. Dodge responsibilty for what is clearly theirs according to the service contract. Pushed it off on the manufacturer even though it was clearly stated that the period in question was Warrantech's responsibility. I got a hold of the service provider and they helped me navigate around Warrantech (they also admitted this was Warrantech's basic mode of operation although they would not be quoted).
I was actually on line in a chat witha tech the other day. He rapid fired question after question, before I could respond to the first one we 'lost' our connection. I finished up with a service request and the message that a rep would be in touch SOON. Given my previous experience with the same unit SOON could be anywhere from a week to a month, which in the context of Geological Epochs would be relatively quickly.
