If you are like me and LOVE the taste of a hot belgian waffle, then you will love the one made by Waring Pro.   I never owned a waffle iron before and did a lot of research trying to strike that balance between quality and cost.  I knew my kids would vote for that Mickey Mouse face waffle iron if I let them get a vote, so they were never consulted during my investigations.   Despite their exclusion from the process, they love the waffles I make with my Waring Pro!   It is so easy to use and clean up is a breeze (no I am not being compensated for this review).   I will admit to not even trying any of the recipes that came with the waffle iron, since most of the ones included looked much too time consuming.   I have used several "box" batters, Bisquick batter, and many other quick recipes.   All turned out great!
