Hello, Last year I have won an auction for that Ionic white teeth whitener. I do have to say I was very impressed. It was harmless, quick, and easy. It took only 2 sessions(about 30 mins) to get my teeth perfectly white. I do have some tips too:

1. I prefer to use that Listerine whitening muthwash. I used it once and it does work, but I also prefer to use regular mouthwash after.

2. Brush teeth with vivid white. I have the day and night bottle and I use that times a day while I use any ordinary toothpaste during the mid part of the day.

3. If you use the following in 1 day than wow, your teeth are perfect.

in the morning - listerine mouthwash and vivid white day

before you have that special event - listerine mouth wash than use 2 sessions of the Ionic white

nightitme - use vivid white night.
