I am the queen of trying new makeup (especially foundations).  I have tried the cheap, the average, and the really expensive stuff only to find one that really does the trick.  Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation is AMAZING! If you have the slightest blemish, discoloration, flaw....this stuff will cover it! It goes on very light as well so you don't feel smothered all day.  Also, this makeup will stay in place and look fresh for 12-16 hours.  I have tried the competition (like MAC) and I personally liked this better.  I found that this gave more coverage and the color selection was bigger.  If you have ever had acne, scars, or discoloration then give this a try.  You may find that you like it as much as I do! I have gotten so many complements on my makeup.  In fact, most people say that my skin looks like a "china doll" when I have this on.  It retails for 32.50 which is not the cheapest but you can find it on ebay for a lot less.  If you aren't sure about the color then just go to your local department store and they can color match you.  Make sure that you go into natural light before making up your mind on the color match.  It took about 6 trys before I found my perfect match (mall lighting doesn't cut it).
