April Fool's Day (April 1st) is approaching fast. Here are the top ten office related pranks that you may consider doing to an unsuspecting person you work with or for:

1. Hand them a phone message asking them to return an urgent call from Mr. Lyon. The number listed is for the local zoo.

2. Freeze a co-workers car keys in a bucket of water and set on their desk near the end of the day.

3. Work with someone who has a reputation for "playing the field?" Send them a fake child support summons for a child they never thought they had.

4. Trick your boss by setting up a job interview that lists the interviewee as a women. Then have a man dressed in drag show up.

5. Hire a police officer (or use someone in costume) to stage a fake arrest. Drug possession charges, pedifilia, and prostitution are the funniest ones to be "mock" arrest for.

6. Ask your IT department to help you with this one. When the unsuspecting boss or co-worker is on their computer, you can mess with them by taking over control of their mouse, typing in messages to them, closing programs they had open, and causing utter chaos. IT has a way of accessing anyone's computer to do this and I have done this myself and never laughed so hard in my life when my co-worker was entering in a customer's order, I was able to type in fuuny things like "opps! spelling error" or "WARNING! WARNING! The information you have just entered has caused a system error! This error is fatal and your computer will now blow up!"

7. Here is an "old classic": Do the old saran wrap over the tiolet seats. This may be common, but works and is priceless!

8. Place an ad in the local newspaper advertising your xo-worker's or boss's job, then show it to them looking perplexed. Their reaction will be priceless.

9. Do some "replacement changes" by switching the coffee room's sugar with salt, Fill a coffee pot with brown gravy, etc.

10. The day before April Fool's, make sure your the last one to leave the office. Empty multiple boxes of jello mix into all the toilets. Then see what the reactions are the next day!

11. *Cruel* Take a habenero pepper, cut it in half, and rub some of it along the rim of someone's coffee mug. Wait for their "hot" reaction!

12. Switch the signs for the men's and ladie's restroom. Wait for the fun to begin.

13. Find an empty box about the size of a cake. Put icing on it and decorate it then put it in the office kitchen or wherever people in your office leave free food. Then wait for the first person attempt to cut themselves a slice.

14. Before work, switch the "Pull" and "Push" signs on the doors.

15. Go onto your co-workers or boss's computer when they are not around and go into MS Word or a similar program that they use. Add an entry to the auto-correct feature by replacing the word "the" with "YOU SUCK!" Then anytime they type in the word "the" it will automatically replace it with "YOU SUCK!" which makes them think they have a computer virus.
