The seller "Wireless Experts," who has somehow received a 99.8% positive feedback rating, received an F according to the Better Business Bureau's webpage. Visit the BBB's webpage by going to Google and typing in "Better Business Bureau." Then, type in the name "Wireless Experts" and conduct a search for youself. Personally, I do not understand how they've received such a high feedback, and I trully believe Ebay and SquareTrade (who this company is a member of) should be held accountable for misleading the consumers.
