The seller "Wireless Experts," who has somehow received a 99.8% positive feedback rating, received an F according to the Better Business Bureau's webpage. Visit the BBB's webpage by going to Google and typing in "Better Business Bureau." Then, type in the name "Wireless Experts" and conduct a search for youself. Personally, I do not understand how they've received such a high feedback, and I trully believe Ebay and SquareTrade (who Wireless Experts is a member of) should be held accountable for misleading the consumers.

Please note, this guide was written a few years back, and I am now updating it. As of today, October 13th 2009, the BBB check on "Wireless Experts" reveals that the original owners of Wirless Experts may have gotten rid of their company's original name and another company may have picked it up. The new listing on the BBB webpage shows that "Wireless Experts" was developed in September 2009, and is based out or Arizona, and has been given a rating of A-. This is not the same listing as before. However, if you run a Google search on "eWireless Experts," the results will provide you with a homepage for "Wireless Experts," who I believe are the same owners using the user I.D. "Wireless Experts" on Ebay. Their webpage reveals that they are a company out of California, not Arizona. On their webpage, you can learn all about the company and decide for yourself whether or not you want to invest in their merchandise.
