I do not work for Winsor Pilates-- I just love Winsor DVDS like many folks.
I had a question from a buyer-- so I got on the phone to Winsor & it took 5 days to get an answer-- but God bless them-- they called back & YES Winsor Pilates ( Mari Winsor) are region free.
They explained the DVD player needs to be able to play NTSC DVDS ( so check they-- I think that's pretty standard world wide-- but do check yours) but they are region free--
