If you drive a car too fast, you will get hurt.  If you don't use a gun properly, you will get hurt.  User error causes lots of great products to be removed from the stores because of a few accidents.  My friends and I own 4 kite tubes and have logged well over 50 hours of flying time.  Be careful, start slowly, and learn to fly before you sore - if it is a windy day - - don't fly!  We have a great time and so does my 14 year old daughter.  No one I know has ever been injured, but be careful.
