Yes it is true there is much fraud on the Internet.  No, not all sellers are crooks.

If Honda sells a car with a defect, is that fraud?  No, it's a defect. 

When you purchase something that doesn't seem to work, make sure you are using the item properly.  For example, many people just yank a flash drive out of their USB slot to transfer files to another PC.  That's like crashing your hard drive.  You have to follow the procedures for ejecting the drive.

When you write something accusing someone of fraud, be prepared to back it up.  If you tangle with the wrong people, you could end up with a lawsuit.

It's nice that we all think we are technical geniuses.  If you are going to make a claim, best that you be another Bill Gates.
