2.) Are they stickers?

3.) How do you put them on?

All of our decals come packaged with easy to use instructions. You simply peel off the backing, stick it on the desired surface and then starting from the inside and working your way out, use a credit card or other item that is flat with an edge to scrape the decal removing all of the bubbles.
