The different between ntsc version and pal version is:  NTSC IS FOR USA, CANADA, OR S. AMERICA SYSTEM.  If you bought your from the above place, you can buy a NTSC version game.  For PAL version, it's for Europe, Asia and Australia.  System that buy over there might not be able to use NTSC version.
