Now I know we all love buying video games on eBay. Probably the top reason is because we get them a little cheaper than at Gamestop or Wal-mart. But sometimes we run into a bad seller that has doesn’t send what we wanted or we just can‘t find a good deal. Here I will tell you how to avoid those problems.

Let’s get started. Now if you have bought video games on eBay before, you might have run into high and overpriced games. If you are looking for a good deal on video games, look for auctions, not “Buy It Now.” Also, see if the seller has a store or not. I am not ragging on stores, it is just that they need to make money and usually charge more than just your average Joe who just doesn’t want the game anymore. If you buy from a store, you will probably get your game in better condition, but with a lot slower shipping. This is because the stores have hundreds of orders to fill everyday and ship only about once or twice a week. An average seller ships maybe 2 or 3 times a week, and you may get your item 1 to 2 days faster!!! Now stores usually sell games in mint condition. If you are looking for games for your kids for a birthday or Christmas, then you would probably be better off buying from a store. If you just want a new game to play then I recommend just buying from your average seller. Not only do they usually have lower shipping charges, they usually ship a lot faster so you can get button mashing in up to half the average time!!! Also look out for sellers with jacked up shipping charges! They usually try to cheat you out of their money. The average price to ship a video game is about $2 to $5. If they charge you more than $5, you’re getting ripped off. Also a note to sellers, don’t try to say a game is mint when it isn’t!!! I have seen listings where it says mint but my dog chewed the corner of the box!!! Please don’t misuse the word mint. The word mint means perfect, and if your dog chewed the corner, then the game isn’t mint!!! I will admit a you can find a lot of games cheaper at your local pawn shop or used game store, so shop smart. PSP, PS2, PS3, X-Box, and X-Box 360 games are usually cheaper online. Gamecube, Wii, Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, Game Boy Advance SP, Nintendo DS, and all other Nintendo items are usually more expensive online. Also remember if you are ever at a pawn shop and see any Mario game under $10, grab it they can be worth $15 to $50 on eBay!!! Also if you want to see PSP and Gamecube reviews, make sure to look at mine!!!

Thanks for reading my guide, and if you found this review helpful, please vote yes at the bottom!!! Thanks.
