In another guide I read that the 3 buttons on the front of this phone are for MP3 playback but "that is untrue". Just to clear that up... it is true however, you have to have a data cable and know how to add and removed data from the phone on your own to use MP3's. Verizon doesn't support this function. The data cables can be found here on ebay and the software is free online. There are a couple of different software products, one of which is called QPST and (to my understanding) is what is used by verizon when you go in to have software repairs done to your phone.
