Hello i recently won a playstation 2 off ebay. The seller just had a 2 feedback but he was a member since 1998. Soon as I won item I sent instant payment with paypal. So I went back to the auction that i won it on. And I read some bad reviews. About paying and not receiving playstations. So I tried to e-mail this guy. No answer you would figure if you had a $100.00 item for sale you would be watching for it to close. So i read his 2 feedback comments they were from sellers. They were good. But he had never sold on ebay just bought. So I tried to contact him once more. And when I paid after it already went through. It said he was not a verified paypal member. So I went crazy I thought this guy has got my money and I won't receive my playstation. So I tried to contact ebay. They said I had to wait ten day to file a complaint. Well by that time I figured this guy will cash out his paypal account by then. So I told my husband I just lost a $100.00. So since ebay would not do nothing I said well I will try paypal were I paid. So I filed a compliant of non receipt of item. And instead of waiting for a buyers response. I went ahead and escalated it. So that way it put the money on hold so he could get out all his money but not the $100.00. So I told my husband I might not get my playstation but he wont get paid. So pay pal e-mailed me and said if i did not close case in ten days I would receive a full refund. So I was so upset I could not even sleep at that night. I wrote the guy once more telling him off I said I read reviews of buyers that were getting scammed on these items. So I thought well it would be so easy go to games and then systems and ebay even provides the pictures and the specs on playsations. You know like when you sell books or movies just punch in the numbers UPC or ISBN and wala you have a ready made listing. And then after you get the money close your ebay account. You can always open in in someones name. But guess what that guy finnaly e-mailed me. And he said I know I have not sold before and he said just keep the money on hold till I receive item. I said well i have nothing to loose he does. So I got to thinking thats dangerous for me. Me I have sent ebay many bad e-mails. See I sell and buy on here and pay ebay about 150.00 a month for fees and I have a ebay store http://stores.ebay.com/DONNAS-COINSKEPPER-STORE  Since I have made over 600 transactions on ebay with 100% feedback iI figure i have just a little say on something. So the next day the guy sent me a tracking number. It would not work. So I told my husband we will not receive this playstation. I won it for my sons birthday it is the new thin model. He has the thick playstation 2. But guess what in 2 days time I received my playstation 2. It looked and worked like new. So that day that guy e-mailed me back and said I hope you received you play station e-mail me when you do. Because I left off a number on tracking that I e-mailed you. So you know what I did first I went to paypal and canceled complaint so he got his money. I just had a few day before it would come back to me. They hold it for ten days. Next I replied back to his e-mail about the tracking numbers. And I told that guy I was so sorry for not trusting him but all the circumstances added up. And all the scams on this model of game. and not paypal verified. Not selling before,low feedback but all good but just 2 from sellers not buyers. And do you know what that man e-mailed me back and said I left you good feedback for prompt pay as soon as you paid. That he did. And he said I knew you would receive playstation 2 in two days from FL. to KY. and i had 10 days to get it there. So I knew you would have to release funds when you got item. See he had the tracking numbers to send to paypal showing I received item. So I gave that man the greatest feedback you could give I ran out of space. So I e-mailed him and told him I know you have never sold before. And you have low score but I said you are really smart you knew I would receive item so you did not worry about the money. And I said have you ever thought about selling more? Or open a ebay store? If so I will be your best customer. So see if you want to buy from someone that has low feedback for big ticket items make sure to pay with paypal. Then go strait to paypal and open a claim for nonreceipt of item and at the same time escalate it. If you dont it will put you off for days to wait on sellers response. Then the seller will want his money release from paypal and I will gurantee you will receive items befor that ten days are up. And I do not mean wait just as soon as you pay file a claim and escalate at the same time.It will ask if you want to have no more contact with seller click on that. And you will have it. I do not worrie about them dollar or two items. Im talking the big things. See if you will try this this is your ace in the hole. You know that seller wants his money so you will get the items like lightning. I know I sell a lot and sometimes i forget a day or so or dont get to post office but you bet your bottom dollar that if i had money hanging in limbo just for 10 days or it goes back to my buyer. That would set a fire under me. I ship most of my items first class with tracking. But I guess i might consider priority or expedited. LOL Just try this just once you will see it will work. So my fingers are numb from typing. I like to just sit here late and write about my ebay nightmares. So I won't wake up screaming LOL By for now read all my guides and reviews.
