Hi to all the sellers out there.  This is probably helpful but by going to craigslist you can find things to sell on ebay wo having to spend out of pocket.  I go to my local NYC  craigslist page and I keyword search for things that I am used to selling or would make money selling.  I simply open up a new email and bcc email addresses off craigslist  copy and paste (anonymous email addresses too).  I send 30 people the same email telling them they should use my reselling service instead of selling it on eBay.  I explain that, and this is true that craigslist is for penny pinchers and no shows and low ballers.  I explain on craigslist things sell to the person that shows up eventually or to the person that negotiates the best.  On ebay I explain it goes to the highest bidder.  All true!  I get several replies and direct people to my reselling location.  Do understand there are people out there that will come to you with counterfeit goods.  As an expert with authenticating things that are often reproduced I am easily able to turn away people.  I also note a disclaimer in my resell contract that indicates that payment may be delayed until buyer receives item and is satisfied with it.  Myself, along with my colleagues, we provide extensive research before selling anything.  An added addition of security is to ask someone for a copy of their id.  People tell me they feel uncomfortable doing this and I get the red flags in my head immediately.  People that know things are fake dont give out id, so use this as well if you are in any way cautious.  People will appreciate you more by asking for ID as it shows that you are careful in what you do and it makes you appear to be professional at the same time.  Also with craigslist there is a limit to the amount of emails you can send in one day. I believe it is 35. Open up other email accounts and keep pitching your services.  so bcc 35 emails and then when you want to email 35 more do it under a different email address.  I am currently backed up 4 days before listing new things.
