Amla powder is also called emblica officinalis. It is used as a conditioning treatment which makes the hair glossy and silky. It also leaves your hair with volume and curl.
How to mix amla powder for hair and skin:
-For best results you may add some amla powder to your henna paste or indigo paste for hair OR
-Mix powder with hot water. Let it cool.
-For healthy skin, apply warm amla paste onto your face and body, and cleanse. You may also allow it to sit on your face or body for 5-10 minutes for deeper intense cleansing. Rinse off.
For hair, apply amla paste by sections starting from the back and moving forward.
-Wrap your hair and allow to sit for 30 minutes.
-Rinse or wash paste out
How to store your powder: fridge or cool dark place
How to store your paste: freezer up to 6 months.
