I am new e-bay shopper.  I was looking for a backhoe.  Soon came an offer for this great hoe, great price including shipping.  The ad said hoe in Florida.  But the guy said he was in Romania and the hoe was with him. I ask how he could ship from Romania-said wife worked for shipping co and could ship for free.  Come on--nobody would ship a big 15,000 lb hoe for free across the pond!  Then I was asked for E-bay account,  full name and address.  I said the money had to be put in escrow and release when I received the hoe.  I asked them for full name and address,  no response.   The more I asked the less sense it made.  More scams after that one, 2nd chance offers on other hoes.  I called to a tele on ad and sure enough scam.  I am just a country girl and I can figure out scams--so wake up folks all it takes is some common sense to avoid loosing money.  I hope this helps someone from scams.  Shop safe:  thecountrykid
