  It's simple, and easy to do.  Search for your item, and look for auctions offering Buy-It-Now.  Most sellers offer a regular starting bid, and a Buy-It-Now price slightly higher.  When you find an item that fits your budget, click Buy-It-Now instead of placing a bid and the item is yours without any wait, or having to worry about being outbid at the last minute.  The only hitch is:  Some buyers may require immediate payment when you use Buy-It-Now, but that's not all bad.  You just proceed to Paypal, and complete the sale.  It assures your seller that you are a serious buyer.

  Another option is shopping ebay stores.  Many sellers have overstock, surplus, and closeout items in their eBAY stores that they are offering at great prices, with no bids.  And, sometimes it gets even better when they use Best Offer.  Best Offer lets you send an offer to the buyer that you will say offer $15.00 for that $20.00 golf club.  If he accepts, you get a great deal, and he has made another sale.  Just remember when you are using Best Offer - Be fair.  If you make an outrageous offer, you are obviously wasting your own time, as well as the sellers.
