Unpaid Item Scam in Foreign Language

I recently received an unpaid item email in a foreign language.  I realize how tempting it must be to click on these emails.  This email did a good job stirring up some emotions as the first word looks like controversy.  If you weren’t paying attention you might let emotions cloud you judgement.

The email:

Controversia per oggetto non pagato: oggetto numero 130062241739 -- Risposta Obbligatoria

Gentile utente,

Ti stiamo contattando relativamente alla seguente inserzione: NOKIA N73 TIM NUOVO - GARANZIA ITALIA 24 MESI!! (numero 130062241739)

Il venditore lupokkioci ha informato che avete deciso di comune accordo di non portare a termine la transazione (perché l'oggetto è stato restituito oppure a causa di un fraintendimento) e ci ha richiesto un accredito delle tariffe eBay.

Comunicaci entro il 14-Gen-2007 se avete raggiunto un accordo.

(number 130062241739) The vendor lupokkioci has informed that you have decided of common agreement not to carry a.termine the transaction (because the object has been given back or because of a fraintendimento) and have demanded we a credit of the rates eBay. He communicates to us within the 14-Gen-2007 if you have caught up an agreement. Famous: she is you you are the vendor you will be able to still leave comments of relative feedbacks you to this transaction.
