The first step in dealing with unpaid items is try to contact the buyer. Send an email, a second invoice, or try calling the buyer. Next, start the unpaid item proccess. At best, your item will get paid for. At worst, you will get your final value fee refunded. Lets face it, it cost you to sell the item you might as well get the refund. I am seeing more and more sellers letting the NON PAYING BIDDER off the hook and doing absolutely nothing. All this does is allow them to do it to, yet another seller. My personal policy, is file a non-paying bidder complaint on all non payers, and give negative feedback. This is my second review on this subject. I hope you find it helpfull.
