You see an auction on Ebay for unlocking any cellphone. The cost is low, usually under $5.00. Sound like a deal? Look again...but this time do your looking online via any search engine and voila! Free software you can unlock your own phone with. It's perfectly legal and its free! I found this after paying for an auction. I got tired of waiting for a response and decided to do a search online for how to unlock a phone. What I found was that you don't need to pay anyone to do it. There is free software available which you can download and use immediately. What's more, it works just fine. So why pay for it when it's free and so easy to use that even a techno challenged person like me can do it! I just figured I would share my discovery with others who, like me, thought that paying someone was the only way. You gotta love it when you get what you want and you also get to keep your hard earned $$$. Cellphones are expensive enough to buy. Another Tip: You carrier usually charges an average of $20 for a new sim card. I almost bought it when I lost my phone. DON'T DO IT. You can buy one for under $5.00 after shipping - just look at the ad and make sure it's "unpunched" or "new". Good luck!
