Unlock Code Instructions for Sharp Cell Phones for All Networks

In this guide I will show you how to enter unlock codes into your Sharp cell phone so that it will be unlocked from your current provider such as Cingular AT&T, T-Mobile, Rogers, etc. First you need an unlock code of course. If you don't have an unlock code yet, please visit my store unlock-cell-phones, select the correct store category, and then order an unlock code. No cable or software needed! Just enter the code that you will receive from me and you'll have an unlocked Sharp cell phone! Unlocking by entering a code on your phone's keypad is called "unlock by imei". Indeed, it is the most convenient way to unlock your cell phone.

Below are instructions that work for most network providers.

How to Unlock Sharp (all models):

01 - From the front screen type *01763*6371#
02 - The handset will reset back to the main screen
03 - Press the M button.
04 - Scroll to Settings and press SELECT.
05 - Scroll to Security and press SELECT.
06 - Scroll to MEP locks and press SELECT.
07 - Enter your Handset Code (the default code is 0000) and press OK.
08 - Scroll to Network and press SELECT.
09 - Scroll to Deactivate and press SELECT.
10 - Enter the unlock code, which you can buy in my eBay store here.
11 - Handset should then display DONE and be unlocked.
