I bought this phone on eBay as an used item. Tested it for a few days and ultimately returned it to the seller. Here's why: 1. Digital Phonebook--you can't delete the entire phonebook--you must delete each entry at a time, which is a big pain. 2. Once you've uploaded the phonebook to the handsets, it doesn't over ride the existing entries that was on the handset (only applies if you bought this used), and you have to go in and delete each entry at a time...again, a pain. 3. If you buy the unit used, like I did, there were other handsets registered to the base unit. This set came with two additional handsets and the original owner had 6 handsets, so you can't deregister the other handsets if you don't physically have them. 4. It advertises that you can have 4-way conferencing, this is only true if one of the other parties is on a handset with you. So, it's a standard 3-way conferencing with other parties. What's good about this unit I had a Siemens 2.4GHz system that kept clicking when speaking when I was at the other end of my home. I must admit that the 5.8Ghz was much better, no clicking sound and the quality was good.
