Hello eBayers around the world.  As we all know, shipping fees on eBay are a huge factor on weather or not buyers bid on an auction.  What buyers must understanding is that shipping with USPS, UPS or Canada Post or any other courier is not cheap.

All item being sold on eBay are shipped out according to either the weight or dimensions of the item.  This means that according to the weight of the item, the shipping courier has a price associated with the item according to its weight.   ALL the items we ship out using one of the selected couriers we use are the Actual Shipping Rates with no mark-ups.  Feedback should be left for us accordingly.

When leaving feedback, you will be asked to rate our performance.

ITEM AS DESCRIBED:

We do our best to list every item as accurate as possible.  Please keep in mind that we are only human and may sometimes make mistakes.  We are always here to help so if you receive your item and there is something wrong, just contact us and we will resolve the matter quickly and smoothly.

COMMUNICATION:
We are at our computers from Monday to Saturday 9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m Eastern Time.  Your questions and emails can be answered between those times.  So if you are in a different time zone, we will answer your emails as fast as possible, often within the hour !

SHIPPING TIME:
We strive to have all your items out of our store only 24 hours after your payment has been received.  No long than 48 hours will pass before your item is shipping out unless your payment is received on Fridays after 3:00 p.m at which point it will be shipped out on the following Monday afternoon. 

** We are not responsible for service transit time.  This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES:

The only thing I can say about this is that WE CHARGE ACTUAL SHIPPING RATES with NO MARK-UPS.  Our feedback should reflect this fact as we have been getting bad reviews about our shipping prices. Please note that all our shipping rates come with a Tracking Number so you can track your package.  This keeps both Seller and Buyer informed about the package.  This limits paypal and eBay disputes because we both know where the package is at all times.  Some buyers will ask for cheaper rates.  Yes, we can offer a cheaper rate, however this leaves us the seller at risk of the package either arriving to you, at which point some buyers say that they did not receive the item, or, if the package is lost or stolen there is no way for us to track it down without the tracking number.
