Under Armour is quickly becoming the sporting apparel of choice by most professional athletes, as well as, the every day sport enthusiast. From adults to children, in gyms and in the malls, it's hard not to find someone wearing UnderArmour.
There are a few things that make Under Armour special. Under Armour clothing is specifically designed depending on the climate in which it will be used. Under Armour is also separated in fit, either Loose or Compression fitting.
CLIMATE CONTROL
COLDGEAR: Used when the temperature is less than 55F. The double sided microfiber fabric traps heat yet allows perspiration to be wicked away from the skin. ColdGear helps regulate the body temperature during workouts and rest periods. While keeping you warm the microfiber also allows for the evaporation of moisture from the skin.
HEATGEAR: Designed to be used in warmer temperatures. Heatgear is designed with a microfiber blend that quickly wicks away perspiration and moisture away from the skin through the fabric to the outside. Most heatgear fits tightly as a second skin. Tight fitting heatgear bolsters muscle support.
ALLSEASON: Designed to be used in changing temperatures. Keeps you cool and warm, depending on body temperature. Contains the fabric that wicks away moisture. All season gear is usually loose fitting.
FIT
COMPRESSION / TIGHT: Compression fit is made to fit very tight without restricting movement. As a base layer, Under Armour compression fit bosters muscle support, while acting as a second skin. Shirts, as well as, pants, are designed to be worn tight fitting.
LOOSE FIT: Generously cut, loosegear leaves enough room for body movement. Hangs loose from the body. Made with the Mositure transport system microfiber, allowing for moisture to be wicke away from skin.
