For all those who don't know you may be buying or selling a lawn ornament. The deadline for having your overweight or two place flying machines transition and registered as an LSA or ELSA is January 31st 2008.

Just having it registered with an N number is Not Acceptable.

With over 30,000 aircraft who have not already complied their fate and value is highly in question.

For all those hoping the FAA will get a brain and have any compassion for pilots of limited economic means is anyones guess.

$10,000 is a lot to have invested in something you may not can use.
