I must confess that I am also a victim of Stanp368 and as Private Investigator I should have known better.  Just look at the feedback rating on this seller.  He has given bad feedback to hoards of buyers. 

I thought something was fishy because the seller refused to take paypal and the bidders were private so they could not be warned.  How I wish someone would have warned me.

Shipping was by slow mail he told me they were being shipped UPS one of many lies.  Profit is being made on shipping in my view.

If you look at my buyers account you will see the things I had to purchase to get these Pakistani Uilleann pipes working. 

The drones can't be reeded as they don't fit.  I had to buy new reeds for the drones and I bought a new chanter.  The bellows bag fell apart in my hand.   I had to retwine all the fittings and the bag leaks. Even with seasoning it's still leaking.  Still working on the problem.

The Issue of Fraud

I hold two fraud designations in Canada and the U.S. the way the pipes are listed is fraudulent in my view there is no Caveat Emptor. I have an outstanding complaint with ebay to get my feedback on this item restored.

The seller is a distributor, the pipes come new wrapped in plastic and he has sold numerous sets under the same ruse  He lies in the listing saying he knows nothing of the quality except what a friend has been told to him with a picture of a sweet only lady carrying the pipes in her hand.  We are to believe the seller does not have to answer questions about quality or sound as he/she knows nothing about what he/she is selling.

He says the replacement value is $3,000.00 and outward appearance appears extra find quality another lie even after many buyers have complained.

I am going all the way with this seller both via a criminal complaint and a civil notice of companint for all my expenses and losses. 

I am also doing a press release and submitting it to the Association of Investigative Journalists.  I am sure I can find a freelancer who might find this story interesting and pay the seller a visit for an interview.
