UPS is used extensively by sellers because they pickup your Package/Parcel. I have NEVER received a clean straight box from them, it's always banged up. I've seen packages that were packed really good but still banged up. The contents is usually banging around and many times broken. UPS has basic $100.00 insurance but try to collect a higher claim even if you paid. UPS want their experts to examine a Package/Parcel. I shipped a Computer once, the Screen went to the right address but the PC was lost. It was found in another city. When it got to the buyer it was smashed totally. I fought with UPS for three months for the claim. They wanted a third party expertise. The case was smashed, the CPU broken off and all the boards were out. What did they think was salvageable? I finally got the claim but after an exhaustive haggling on the phone and many e-mails with the pictures. UPS centers have slides 3 stories high that the parcels fall down onto the trucks, take a look yourself at the nearest center. At a campground a driver showed me images on his camera phone with packages all fallen down...fast corners etc.

If the seller only uses UPS it's a Hit or Miss. When I get it, it's usually a Miss or should I say a Mess!

I won't buy if the seller uses the Brown Turd.
