19.95 for a cable?? These people are crazy!  Thier cable is nothing special than the ones you find on ebay... If you plan on taking that cable anywhere longer than 6-20 feet, you will want to consider more shielding, a thicker casing, even a more conductive metal.. but if your device is going to be right next to your laptop or PC, as most USB cables are used for... the cheap little molded import one will work just fine for you.
