I "imported" an item from the USA. UPS charged me for all sorts of things, including brokerage fees. My import was $44, and UPS charged $36.75, on top. You have to bitch and complain to get a refund, and I got a one time goodwill refund of $31. Do not bid on items shipped UPS, more than once or you will pay for it.
