EXITING NEWS FOR LUCY AND DOLL FANS!!!

There is exiting news about the 2007 I Love Lucy Mattel line of Barbie dolls!! This year they are going to do 2 sets of dolls, one will be released around the summer time and the second one released in fall. The first to be released is top secret untill next month at the International Toy Show and I will keep everyone posted on it when information becomes available. The only other information about the doll is that it will be from a epiosde of season one of I Love Lucy. The designers and workers from Mattel think that this one will be the best selling doll yet!!

UPDATE: This is going to be from the episode the "Audition" where Lucy dresses up like a clown for the show to get in to pictures. This will be the only Lucy doll so far in the collection to be considered a "premium" doll set "pink label" and is a must have for any Lucy fan!! This set should be released around september or the early fall months, also since this is a premium doll set the price may be just a little pricier than the rest of the dolls. It is allready available for pre-order on various websites costing an average of $39.99-$49.99 which is about the same as the other I Love Lucy dolls that are available every year or slightly higher but still a great price for the first "pink label" Lucy doll set! Another UPDATE: This set is now available In-Stock online through Ebay and is also available through Walmart and Toys R US department stores as well as other online websites also! The average price of this set will be around $34.97 and up, I think that Walmart has the best deals for these dolls.. Enjoy!!

The second Lucy Mattel doll set is going to be released earlier and around July and it is going to be a 2 doll box set with Lucy and Ethel in the same box from the "Friendship," " The Girls Buy the Same Dress" epsiode and this one is sure to be a top seller as well and also may be more pricier than the other dolls. I can't wait to see the design of this one and I am sure this will be an elegant and beautiful doll set. The only other 2 doll box set was the 50th anniversary speicial with Lucy and Ricky entitled "Lucy is enceinte" which is long sold out and very wanted by many Lucy fans and hard to find, so you know that this doll will be a top seller also!
