I have been using a bi-pap for 18 years.  I too have adjusted my settings myself & buy my own accessories from on-line dealers.   It is ridicules that items are banned from ebay.  It's a scam for hospitals & doctors use to make money.  I will just continue doing what I do & hope some day I can bid on accessories on Ebay.
