Hello Everybody!

This tutorial will explain how to replace the ringtone off your CECT P168 for a MP3
The CECT P168 have 25 pre-installed ringtones.
To change your ringtone to an mp3 you need to follow this step by step tutorial.

1. Load an mp3 file on to the phone and place it in the “My Music” folder on you memory card.
2. Go to the “Multimedia” icon on the main page.
3. Select the “Audio player”.
4. Select “List”.
5. Select the mp3 you want to use as a ringtone and select “options”.
6. Select “Add to rings”.

You have now enabled that mp3 file to be a ringtone. We now have to assign the ringtone to a SIM.

1. At the main menu, select “PROFILES”
2. In the next menu, select “General”
3. Now “Customize”
4. Select “Tone setup”
5. Choose which SIM you want to assign a ringtone to.
6. You will now see a list of available ringtone. You will need to navigate down the list until you see the mp3 you originally         copied on to your phone.
7. Select "Set as ring tone" and exit.

You can also do this to add ringtones, replace 1 of your current 5 customized ringtones with new one, or de-associate a ringtone:
1. From the Main menu choose Phone
2. Choose Caller ringtone
3. Scroll down to position 26 through 30 & Select one to change.
4. Choose Replace (and choose another by navigating to your stored songs) or De-associate (create an EMPTY space if you don't want a ringtone in that spot).
