Tupperware has a product called Flatouts, and it is just flat out terrible! I recently purchased 3 complete sets for my family as Christmas gifts, but I began to question this product. The concept is great, as a flat container snaps open to a bowl shape, with grooves circling the inside. Hmmm, food is going to collect in there, especially if a grandchild leaves the bowl in a backpack for a week. This item cannot be put in the microwave, but is acceptable for the dishwasher. However, water drooplets stay in the ridges. I am sending all these items back and Tupper should be embarrassed. There are already reliable scares about old and scratched plastics including Tupperware. After 50 years of using their products, it looks like I will be returning to glass containers.
Buyer Beware!
